Delverde was founded in 1967 in Fara San Martino. The river Verde, which runs through here and whose pure, clear water is one of the most important ingredients in the production of pasta, was to a certain extent the namesake. 

The semolina used comes exclusively from the best quality durum wheat with a high proportion of protein. This guarantees the legendary bite of the pasta. Delverde combines its know-how with the tradition and culinary richness of Tuscany. For 190 years the best pasta has been and is being produced in the historic production facility and exported to all countries in the world.
