Since more than 80 years Winkelbauer known as competent and reliable partner of international brands and the Austrian Food Trade stands up for an attractive and interesting range of goods in the local supermarket shelves. A Family owned company run by the third generation, that brought quality brands like Seeberger, Kettle Chips, Heinz, Finn Crisp or innovative brands like Deli Dip or Weight Watchers to Austria.

1929 Josef Winkelbauer has founded the company as a retail store in the center of Vienna known for its fresh quality fruits and vegetables from all over the world. In the course of the time the focus shifted from sweets and confectionary to fine food, international specialities and commodities. Lately Food Service and the fresh category has been included. What has been of utmost importance to Winkelbauer since ever: QUALITY, DEVELOPMENT and PARTNERSHIP.
